Pierre Charbonneau

I launched my career as a real estate broker at RE/MAX in the summer of 2005. By the following year, I had quickly established myself among the top-performing brokers in the agency. Over the years that followed, I had the privilege of ranking in the annual RE/MAX Top 100 in Quebec three times and achieved the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame status in 2009, less than four years after starting out.

I believe these results are built above all on an approach grounded in empathy, active listening, transparency, and honesty. My goal has always been to provide sound advice and guide my clients with respect so they can make fully informed decisions.

After a few years dedicated to running my residential construction business, I am thrilled to rejoin the RE/MAX team to begin my 16th year as a real estate broker. My experience as a general contractor in new home construction provided me with hands-on technical expertise—a tangible asset that directly benefits my clients today.

In parallel, I have also been an active real estate investor. Having purchased, managed, and resold several income properties, I bring a practical, first-hand understanding of property management, real estate investment, and value creation.

Today, I combine all of these complementary experiences to serve my clients, guiding them with professionalism, clarity, and confidence toward the success of their real estate projects.
